Design Fees

"Non-refundable Design Proposal Fee: A fee covering the design process, including the creation of mock-up designs."

Ownership and Unauthorized Use Clause:
"All design work completed by [Designer/Design Firm] for WoodBeAwesomeGifts company shall be deemed the sole property of WoodBeAwesomeGifts company. Furthermore, the designs produced under this agreement cannot be utilized to solicit quotes from alternative vendors or uploaded for ordering purposes through other companies without explicit written consent from WoodBeAwesomeGifts. In the event of unauthorized use of the designs, the customer shall be subject to a fine as determined by WoodBeAwesomeGifts."
