Return and Refund Policy

Personalized Items:
All sales are final on personalized or custom-made items. Due to the unique nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Non-Personalized Items:
For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at Elizabeth Ganjifard at Hello@woodbeawesomegifts.com within 2 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Process for Returns:

  1. Email us at Hello@woodbeawesomegifts.com with your order number and details about the issue.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
