Orders for non-custom products are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. Custom or personalized items, such as those for weddings, parties, welcome signs, or corporate orders, may require 14-20 business days for processing.

We ship via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the item and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

We will assist you in filing a claim with UPS.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
