Spring is in full bloom over here—literally! Between switching up the kids' play spaces, creating keepsakes for the sweetest spring events, and sneaking in a not-so-restful family vacation, this month has been jam-packed with fun, love, and lots of sawdust.
The Lemonade Stand Got a Spring Makeover!
What’s cuter than a lemonade stand? A Flower Shop! Piper and Ripley’s pretend play area got a fresh update and now features the most adorable little floral storefront. I swapped out the sensory table filler for black beans to mimic garden soil and added mini flower pots and pretend seed packets. The whole setup is just… so stinkin’ cute!

Watching them pretend to "plant," water, and sell flowers has been the absolute best. These are the moments that make all the messes and chaos totally worth it.
Watch how we put it all together:
Picture Frames: It's Teacher Gift Season!
This time of year, we are swamped with our custom picture frames—and it makes our hearts so happy! While we love making Mother’s Day and graduation frames, our biggest focus right now is teacher gifts.
There’s just something so special about a classroom full of kids writing their names and sweet notes, then seeing it all come together on one frame. It’s heartfelt, timeless, personal, and a total tearjerker (in the best way). We’ve done these for years now and they never get old.
Shop Teacher Frames
If you’re a room parent, a teacher, or just someone who wants to create a gift that will actually be treasured, these frames are a must.
Spring Events in Full Bloom (Well, Sort Of)
The workshop is buzzing with spring events, and I’m currently working on my largest order to date—an elegant black and gold event full of sleek, modern style. This one is extra special:
✨ Black & gold color palette
✨ Double-layer acrylic signage
✨ Clean, luxe lines

Caribbean Chaos: A Family Vacation Recap
We also managed to sneak in a family vacation aboard the Icon of the Seas, and let me tell you—it was an adventure. Little Ripley decided that sleep is for the weak, so he and I became cruise ship experts between 1–2:30am and 4–6:30am every day.
Pro tip: Don’t walk the Garden Walk at 4am unless you want a surprise shower. Turns out the upper decks get hosed down early, and it basically rains on you, lol.

While it wasn’t exactly the restful break I imagined, we made some great memories, saw some incredible places, and I came back with about 20 new product ideas (because apparently I can’t turn off my brain, even on vacation).
Mom Tip: Flexibility is the New Routine
Spring always feels like a whirlwind, and with kids, business, travel, and life—it can be a lot. This month’s reminder?
Let go of perfection.
Some days you’ll be productive, some days you’ll be exhausted, and some days you’ll be sitting in a fake flower shop sipping pretend tea. Embrace it all.
